We have created the following backup services to accommodate the needs of a wide range of businesses.

Personal Pack
Designed for the sole proprietor and small businesses such
as plumbers, electricians and other self employed persons who
need to back up their data and have only a few basic data files
to protect such as accounting/taxation/templates and
correspondence.

$20 per month includes: 1GB of storage space,
backup routine performed once per week for one computer.

Professional Pack
Especially for professional offices, such as doctors, dentists,
attorneys, accountants, etc where data files are updated daily.
Files such as patient/client data, accounting and/or billing records.

$50 per month includes: 5GB of storage space,
unlimited file backup and restores, free telephone support for
recoveries. Additional PCs can be added at a cost of $10 per
month. Additional space is available at a cost of $20 per 2GB.

Business Pack
Designed for the business with a number of employees and
computer workstations, all of which require periodic backups.
Files such as accounting, word documents, customer databases,
stock and sales information etc. Perfect for small network
users and businesses wishing to back up multiple PCs or
Notebook PCs. Price includes connection for up to 2 PCs to
be backed up with total storage limited to 10Gb. Additional
PCs can be added.

$80 per month includes: 10GB of storage space,
nightly file backup and free telephone support with recoveries.
Up to 2 PCs can use the account, additional PCs can be added
at a cost of $10 per month. Additional space is available at a cost
of $20 per 2GB.
 

Premium Business Pack
The comprehensive backup designed for the small to medium
sized business with a network server or multiple PCs/notebooks
or both. Same as the Business Pack but with onsite support
for maintaining workstations. Connection for up to 3 PCs with a
total storage space of 10GB. Additional PCs can be added.

$320 per month includes: 10GB of storage space, nightly
file backup and free telephone support with recoveries during
business hours. Up to 3 PCs can use the account, additional PCs
can be added at a cost of $10 per month. Additional space is
available at $20 per 2GB. (Onsite support only to the local
address on the registration form. Maximum of six hours of
maintainence time per month included. Additional hours will
be billed at $55 an hour)

Ultimate Corporate Pack
The ultimate remote backup for small to medium corporations
where there are a large number of PCs requiring backup or a file
server with PCs and notebooks requiring periodic or daily backup.

$500 per month includes: 20GB of storage space, nightly
file backup and free telephone support with recoveries during
business hours. Up to 5 PCs can use the account, additional PCs
can be added at a cost of $10 per month. Additional space is
available at $20 per 2GB. (Onsite support only to the local
address on the registration form. Maximum of ten hours of
maintainence time per month included. Additional hours will
be billed at $55 an hour)

*Remember that you will be storing your files in a compressed format
which are approximately 50 - 60% of the original size. Therefore in
the case of the Professional Pack where the amount of storage space
is 5GB, you would actually be storing approximately 5GB - 10GB of
compressed data!

Custom designed systems specifically for large businesses with
networked computers linked to a host server. We can offer storage
and maintenance of your remote backup server housed on our
premises and having a dedicated connection to the working server
on your site. This service offers many customizable options with

With a signed contract, rates will not increase without 30 day written notice to monthly customers. The right is reserved to refuse service to Customer and to cancel service within 30 days written notice. In the event service is cancelled or refused, Customer is not liable for charges for the previous 30 days. Customers discontinued for non-payment are subject to a reactivation fee equal to one month's service. Customer assumes all responsibility for telecommunications charges, long distance calls, and toll calls.
